The crunch has come...
For too long I have been doing things by halves. I have been eating shite. I have been doing half the training I want to be doing. Today it all changes. Today is the first day of the new healthy me. I need to get fit for the sake of my triathlon performance. My biggest limiter is food. I can't resist eating junk!

Exercise
My plan is to re-integrate exercise into my programme. I have had about a months break from regular exercise, but in truth, I haven't really got back into it since last November. I have done a 16 mile race (in 2.22) and the Eton supersprint triathlon (in 1.20) and the Windsor triathlon sprint (in 1.47).
